Sweeteners Plus was looking for a new identity and set of marketing collaterals to show their customers, employees and external partners who they really were and highlight their growth potential.
The process started with a full rebrand (renaming them to Ingredients Plus) including new visual branding: we established brand guidelines and created all associated collaterals (one-pager, business cards, email signatures, letterhead, on-site signage, truck design, marketing presentations, etc.). The full digital scope followed: we redesigned and rebuilt their website, focusing on an engaging, highly visual website, making it easy to access and find their content. Then, we developed their social media presence, showing the new Ingredients Plus to the world and revealing their personality through static and video posts. Finally, we developed a customer portal called “Pantry” to help their clients manage their orders, invoices and contracts, and to simplify the ordering process on the Ingredients Plus’ side.
We helped Ingredients Plus increase their bottom line, which resulted in a significant value multiplier when they were acquired by a private equity firm about 18 months after we started collaborating with their team.
