A leading global professional services company found that they had a large number of solutions at various stages of development, however gathering information about these solutions was inconsistent at best. The information was spread across different platforms, teams and locations, and it was almost impossible for their 500,000+ employees to easily find details about any of those solutions.
Our team designed and developed an “App Catalog” with a custom CMS and multiple UI templates providing tagging and filtering functionalities across different verticals. It helped develop best practices for data capture and drive consistency across the solutions regardless of their development stages. It also allowed easy access as a one-stop-shop location.
